The kingdom of God is constantly unfolding in every age and generation of man-kind. It is God’s ageless agenda that will never be expired. The kingdom is God’s very essence for man, and comes with the responsibility of His children voluntarily submitting themselves to His discipline and be enabled to perpetually dwell at the centre His will, and subsequently, empowered to engage and govern the activities and happenings in this earthly order by functioning from the heavenly dimension of life.
In other word, the kingdom is heaven’s sole strategy to invade the earth with God’s influence, dominion and power until the earth becomes a replica of heaven. The dispensation of time now serves as the platform to realize divine purposes and initiatives. The kingdom is all about humanity coming into alignment with divinity, time coming into harmony with eternity, and mortality being swallowed up by immortality.

WHAT CHURCH IS
The Purpose of this blog, tagged “Kingdom Emphasis” is to reiterate the deepest passion and emphasis of the LORD for man-kind, which is, ‘’Thy kingdom come, and thy will be done in the earth as it is in heaven’’ {Matt 6:10}. God’s ultimate purpose for man is to make the earth a replica of heaven. He absolutely intends to live out His life and divine attributes through His Church. Many people assume that Christianity is about man trying to be like God, and this idea, as laudable as it might sound, will lead one nowhere, but rather, ends in effort in futility. The truth is that it is impossible for man by his own attempt to be like God. Christianity is all about God living and walking through man. One vital reason why Christ came to the earth in human form was to showcase to us that it is possible for divinity to find expression in humanity. And, this is exactly what the purpose of the Church is- that the divine nature will be captured in human vessels.
The word church is translated from the Greek word, Ecclesia, which means called out ones. God’s children are the called out ones: a chosen generation, royal priesthood, holy nation and peculiar people {1 Peter 2:9}. The Church of Christ has got a mandate to fulfill in the earth; we are not just an organization or an institution, neither is the church merely a physical structure; but rather, the church is a living organism that emits the divine life to communicate the resurrection power of God. The Church is the corporate formation of God’s children rescued from eternal damnation and destined to carry out God’s good pleasures in the earth.
Ephesians 1:
22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,
23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.(NKJV)
Ephesians 3: 10
10 to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places,
11 according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,
Furthermore, the Church is a spiritual entity and system that is comprised of God’s children, having been washed by the blood of the Lamb and gotten their spirit completely transformed from darkness to light. The sin nature has been totally remitted from their spirit and, hence, they have the liberty and capability to both absorb the divine content of God’s nature called eternal life {zoe in Greek}, and translate it to godliness, which is the manifestation of the principles, attributes and character of God, in the earth.
The word remission is another key word that describes the concept of our salvation experience in the New Testament; the word remission is translated from the Greek word Aphesis {stated as forgiveness in most English translation of the Bible}, which means to pardon, eradicate, and remove. This describes our conversion experience in the New Testament, in the sense that when we did acknowledge Christ Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, the sin nature was completely eradicated from our spirit.
Unlike the provision of forgiveness of sin made available to folks under the Old Testament, described as atonement of sin, which is the covering of sins. Atonement of sins is an experience that must be annually sustained by the ritual of killing and shedding of the blood of goats and bulls. Thank God for the blood of Jesus that took away all our sins once and for all through His triumphant sacrifice at the cross.
Ephesians 1
7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness {Greek: aphesis- remission, eradication, pardon} of sins, according to the riches of His grace.
The church, which is a body of believers in Christ Jesus, begins to live in the light of their spiritual identity as God’s governmental agency in the earth, bringing judgment against the spiritual forces of iniquity in the spirit and inaccurate lifestyle of lawlessness in the earth; while, enacting the lifestyle of righteousness and godliness in the earth, by being set apart by the Spirit of God through the illumination of the revealed word of God.
WHAT CHRISTIANITY IS
This, then, changes our whole perception of the concept of our Christian faith. Christianity is not a religion, neither is it an empire driven by the ambitions of certain individuals, but instead, Christianity is the accurate lifestyle- it is God’s prescribed way of life for human race- it is all about deliberately and directly implementing the will of God’s by imbibing the life in the Spirit. The gospel of the Kingdom is intended for the transformation of man’s core nature- to break the grip and control of the sin nature over the spirit, soul and body of man; thereby, reflecting His glory and image in them. This therefore, establishes the holistic nature of God’s kingdom: it is the complete manifestation of God’s divine nature, attributes and manifest-presence over man’s spirit, soul and body.
Kingdom Emphasis is a blog that serves the body of Christ with meat in due season. It focuses on disseminating Present-truths and Current Speakings of God for our generation with the intent of providing insight, clarity, direction and depth.
